Our Data Partners

Meet CO-CONNECT’s Data Partners. To find out more, click on their profiles down below.

Who are our Data Partners?

Our Data Partners are the data custodians that we work with. They are in charge of managing and protecting the cohorts that the CO-CONNECT would like to access and make discoverable on the HDR Innovation Gateway’s Cohort Discovery Search Tool. The profiles below tell you a little bit about each of these cohorts and their data custodians.

Please note, we have only listed cohorts that are currently live and searchable on the Cohort Discovery Search Tool.

Our team are working hard with all of our other Data Partners to make their cohorts available soon.
